1 / Airport support services (fast track service)

The service helps passengers get a visa and stamp quickly at the Vietnamese airport without having to queue up. It is to avoid wasting valuable passengers’ time when arriving at the airport, especially on long-distance flights.

1.1 There are two options:

•  Standard support: our staff will pick you up next to the landing visa counter and write your name on the welcome board. After receiving you, we will help you to obtain the visa seal without queuing up. It only takes 10 minutes to get the visa.
• VIP support: our staff will welcome you at the landing visa counter and write your name on the welcome board. After receiving you, we will help you to obtain the visa seal without queuing up. After that, you will be sent to Vietnam at the gate of VIP customs.

1.2 Who is recommended to use this service:

• The elderly, pregnant women and infants;
• The turnaround time is too tight;

• Step 1: When applying for landing visa online: https://www.vietnam-visa.in/apply/ Select “On Arrival Support” (you’ll see a recommendation), or email your request with the correct personal information, full name, passport number, date of birth, nationality, flight number, departure and arrival time (GMT + 7). • Step 2: our staff will wait for you near the landing visa office (gate). Please look around and look for your name on the welcome board. If you don’t see our employees, please email us immediately for help.
• Step 3: provide our representative with the required documents, including visa approval letter, entry and exit form, passport, 2 photos, and stamp fee (US dollars or Vietnamese Dong cash) to help you complete the entry procedures.
• Step 4: if you use the VIP support service, our staff will escort you to the VIP channel to enter Vietnam.
